CNC Capacity Expansion Doubles Output

ATEK has completed installation of six new CNC turning centers, increasing our monthly machining capacity by approximately 40%. The new machines feature live tooling capabilities for combined turning and milling operations.

This expansion supports growing export demand for tie rod ends and ball joint housings, reducing lead times for standard products from 6 weeks to 4 weeks.

All new equipment is integrated into our IATF 16949 quality management system with automated SPC data collection.
