Sea Freight
Primary shipping method for export orders. FCL and LCL options from Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) and Mundra ports. Transit times: 15–45 days depending on destination.
Air Freight
Available for urgent orders and samples. Shipped from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Transit times: 3–7 days to major hubs.
Incoterms
FOB Nhava Sheva, CIF destination port, and EXW Delhi are standard. DAP and DDP available for established distributors on request.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and test certificates provided with every shipment.

Standards that protect components through long-distance international shipping.
VCI Anti-Corrosion Treatment
All export components are wrapped in volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) paper and sealed in polyethylene bags to prevent rust during sea transit up to 90 days.
Custom Foam Inserts
CNC-cut foam inserts protect each component from impact and vibration. Insert designs are part-specific to prevent movement within cartons.
Carton Labeling
Each carton is labeled with part number, quantity, lot number, gross/net weight, and country of origin per international shipping standards.
Palletization
Cartons are stacked on ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets, stretch-wrapped, and strapped for container loading. Average pallet weight: 800–1200 kg.
