Quality Assurance
IATF 16949 certified manufacturing with rigorous testing at every stage
Laboratory-Backed Quality
Our IATF 16949 certified team combines continuous improvement, in-house R&D, and a fully equipped quality laboratory to validate every production batch before release.

Inspection
Six-Stage Inspection Workflow
From incoming material to final release — structured checks at every critical manufacturing step.
Incoming Material
Chemical composition and hardness verification of raw forgings and bar stock.
In-Process
Dimensional checks at each machining stage using gauges and CMM sampling.
Heat Treatment
Hardness testing post-hardening to verify case depth and core properties.
Assembly
Torque verification on fasteners, boot seating inspection, and grease fill confirmation.
Performance Test
Axial play, rotational torque, and leak testing on sealed ball joints.
Final Inspection
100% visual inspection, marking verification, and packaging audit before release.

Traceability
Full Batch Traceability
Every production batch receives a unique lot number at raw material receipt. This lot number follows the component through machining, heat treatment, assembly, testing, and packaging. Records are maintained for 10 years and include operator ID, machine ID, inspection results, and shipping documentation.
- Unique lot number assigned at material receipt
- Machine and operator ID logged per operation
- Inspection results linked to lot number in ERP
- Shipping documents reference lot numbers
- 10-year record retention for audit compliance
