Our 45,000 sq. ft. integrated facility in Delhi houses CNC machining centers, VMC operations, heat treatment furnaces, assembly lines, and a fully equipped quality laboratory.
With 12 dedicated production lines across 11 product categories, we maintain consistent OEM-grade quality across 8500+ part numbers while meeting demanding export schedules.

Packaging
Export Packaging Standards
Export-grade packaging designed to protect components through international transit.
VCI Anti-Corrosion Treatment
All export components are wrapped in volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) paper and sealed in polyethylene bags to prevent rust during sea transit up to 90 days.
Custom Foam Inserts
CNC-cut foam inserts protect each component from impact and vibration. Insert designs are part-specific to prevent movement within cartons.
Carton Labeling
Each carton is labeled with part number, quantity, lot number, gross/net weight, and country of origin per international shipping standards.
Palletization
Cartons are stacked on ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets, stretch-wrapped, and strapped for container loading. Average pallet weight: 800–1200 kg.
